Do you have any experience in mediation?

I don't have any formal training in Alternate Dispute Resolution but I've done a lot of what borders on formal mediation. ADR is hot with the Feds right now. Had I not been so close to retirement, I might have pursued it. I find that kind of work very satisfying.

EDIT: The advantage of mediation is that you can do it sitting down. Consensus facilitation requires standing for hours, days, weeks. <g>
