I doubt we'll see common ground on this situation because my position is that the USSC never would have been involved, except for Gore's insistance on recounts (which was his LEGAL right).

That is what started it all...and I am disturbed to think about the harm Gore's decision has done to this country.

But it's over....It only got to USSC because Gore wouldn't accept the results.....Some may view Gore as a fighter, but I see him as one who put himself and his own dreams of being President before the good of the country....and his unacceptance of the election results, I fear, will be dividing this country for a long, long time.
