I would hazard that the "Nasdaq Consolidated Subscriber Agreement (5/97-AG7)" is a clear document between the subscriber and the Nasdaq", but I may be wrong.

The agreement posted by TDW could be a lot simpler, and a lot clearer. I don't mind signing something that says I won't resell the information or hold the Nasdaq responsible for my own trade blunders. But I have a problem with an agreement that talks about billing for a service that I didn't ask for, don't know what the price will be, and is signed under duress.
