Ish, He has started a study on the arsenic problem and may LOWER the standard more than Clinton did. But his program won't be a midnight, on the last day mandate He started that after getting hammered by environmentalists for three weeks. It was a complete about-face from his original position. Truman had never been out of Missouri. Your hero Clinton left once to flunk out of Oxford and praise the USSR for sending bullets to the VC to kill Americans. Protesting the war was an attempt to save Americans. It was the right-wing morons who kept insisting on sending American boys over to die. How do you know what his intentions are? Are you psycho or whatever? The word is psychic. Bush's actions have been quite telling. The debt can only be reduced as fast as bonds come due unless you pay extra vig. If the surplus is as big as Clinton claimed there's room for a tax cut and debt reduction. The debt is held by Bush's rich contributors. Of course they don't want it paid off quickly. he's in for 7 1/2 more years. That isn't fair, he hasn't even been convicted yet. Scumbria
