hb, looks like you were right. volume is not split adjusted. therefore, my "analysis" was wrong, wrong, wrong on csco.

the magnitude of the conclusion was definitely wrong.

the avg buy price may have been about $37 and change, but the add'l split shares were improperly excluded.

whether the avg csco buyer is up or down since 1990, properly including the impact of splits, is an unknown.

garbage in / garbage out, and i apologize for stinking the thread up with unintentional misinformation.

for those who find it difficult, admitting err when it exists is *really* not that difficult ;-)
