And his data was less meaningful than yours??? The census bureau?? That was EXACTLY the type of data he was saying made no sense because it was simply 'average' income... ie. throw Bill Gates income in to... let along the fact that people in that type of situation have no mortgages skewing it even further. And "more people" can afford homes?? Well, that's hardly useful without knowing population growth in those ages etc.... Not to be rude, but you're data sucks as bad as his, and your assertions aren't refuting him anyway it doesn't appear... at least. All IMO of course. DAK
