Yeah, sure. As soon as analysts/brokers et al see that people are in a buying mood again, the insane price targets come right back into the dream.

Did you notice how subdued they were when everyone was selling? That was a ploy imo, to gain people's trust and faith.
Now that there's a little 1999 giddiness in the air, it's time to take people's money again.

They bought the weak bottoms while they told people to sell, now they'll be selling into their buy recommendations.

And Bush wants to cut back the SEC. Wundaful
