What are you saying? You mean we can't expense anything we want into R&D, put the remaining scant amount into goodwill, and then take a one time charge for overstated goodwill? Geez, shucks. But maybe, we can pool our mergers? Oh, you mean with the recent market downfall, we have about 90% less clout with the FASB? Gosh darnit!
