Thanks Gilbert, I don't follow the banks at all, I wonder why the selling?
Lower interest rates are usually good and with the upcoming changes there could be some buyouts, on the other hand maybe some defaults, and personally more competition I would like.

You probably don't have it in Quebec, however Loblaws launched private banking in partnership with CIBC, I moved all my business from CanTrust(after 10+yrs)over a year ago, since I found it so much better (no fees(none),decent interest, and free points to buy groceries), its great. Scott

Anyway have a good weekend and stay away from the water cannons, that must be a bitch in the cold weather.
