What point !! your posting is to stuck on exploration plans , Voisey Bay Plant = Donner Minerals uptick it is that simple !!!! Financing and attracting a JV partner is the game or INCO will buy if things are golden :)
P.S. you need to be watching the Folks in Newfoundland last week INCO and Government reps were meeting,
that hasn't occured for several years.
