xrc, its due to the sucess of pharmacuticals. The rise in popularity of treating desease with medication have resulted in the institutions releasing the inmates. gfodder and the mbaiter are representative specimens of what previously would have been a institutionalized ward of the state. Creatures who are social misfits, unprepared and incapable of funtioning normally in society. Unfortunatly when they don't take their medication this is the result. mad2 PS They are like small imature children, thriving on attention.
