Fed must saw that shorts stats and got nervous so they cut rates along with financial problems in Argentina. ECB not cutting rates so I see some foreign money moving back for higher interest rates in fixed income funds. To make any sense on the run up last 2 weeks. I contribute largely on shorts coverring and momentum trading and surprise rates cut so close to the next Fed meeting in end of May. If they cut again then it's really sending a bad signal about US economy. Overall I don't see a turnaround until telecom sector is financially stabled.
