No, but the difference % wise between them will shrink compared to T-bird vs P4. Somewhere around 10% maybe 12%.
Problem is that Intel will get to .13u before AMD so the Mhz gap will expand for a time, likely in Q4, Q1 02.

Some clever marketing by AMD could help.
