No, because the merger was approved by s/h of both companies. Remember that there was quite a bit of grousing about how ASND overpaid for CSCC, and how the CSCC earnings dissapointment pulled down the value of ASND. Its a done deal, and in my view, very positive for CSCC s/hs.
