Am I totally inane and naive to imagine that, if someone is willing to commit a couple of million dollars to the common stock of GMGC (albeit at a discount), the company has reasonable prospects of survival? Am I really stupid to think that people making large investments, do so with the expectation of gain?

I apologize for this post because I dislike speculation based on vague impressions, but I finally learned why convertible holders would want to short a stock ... so they can cover the short with their convertible holdings.

I would like to believe that the Revere deal is a legitimate investment ... which would be a good sign ... but I don't think I'm smart enough to form that opinion. Can you help?

Fred
