Not much on optoelectronics in the CC: "In our Optical Communications Products Group, we continue to leverage Super Epi's III-V optical electonic materials expertise and we are on schedule to introduce products in optoelectronic materials in the latter part of Year 2001." -- John Fan, from the Business and Financials Overview He didn't volunteer anything further and there were no questions this time, except wrt to current products - HBT wafers used for high-speed OC circuits by Nortel and Conexant, i.e. for optical networking components, but not optoelectronic. So, we remain in the dark. WT
