Nice interview with Barb Marcin in the new issue of Barron's. One of the stocks that Barb is accumulating is NT among others in the sector. She runs one of Gabelli's Value Funds. As the fund only has about $65M in assets, her purchases aren't significant, IMO. What is significant is that the Value fund managers, the strongest hands on Wall Street, are now accumulating positions in NT and the sector. FWIW, Ian.
