Well that explains everything, John. You are still stuck with dialup. If you had experienced the pleasures of broadband, you'd never go back to dialup (cheap, free or not) and you'd be investing in Cisco because you'd know it's a no brainer when broadband penetration gets high enough to erase the last-mile bottleneck.
