*OT*"California's Woes" Never having lived in California, makes me totally qualified to solve must of that State's problems. Over the last 50 years the economy of California has been more expansive and resilient than economists are willing to admit. Californians usually solve their own problems in their own way.(with the disapproval of other states) Economists for the most part, when making economic predictions about California, are just averaging their ignorance. The huge Spanish immigration from south of the border, as well as the immigration for the Far East will result in restaurants serving chicken Chow Mein on a Taco Shell. All the gringo's will be the new minority. Jerome
