Nova Scotia plays -

These seem interesting to me for a number of reasons -

1) Proximity to the market (Northeast Coast U.S.), pipelins in place or completed soon.
They are at the other end of the pipe, vs. gas coming up from the Gulf of Mexico. -
Contrast wtih gas in Mackenzie / Alaska North Slope, etc. which is 4-7 YEARS out.

2) So they may be able to reverse flow some of the pipes as consumption grows, and still have a cost advantage over GOM gas for delivery in New England.

3) Canadian governments are reasonalble about the environment, and familar woth resource industries.

4) The well know arguments of more generators using NG, and decline rates of production, especially GOM production.

I would like to see more discussion on Nova Scotia plays, possibly an NS portfolio.

Looks like this may be the right place (near consumers) and right time (high prices).
