Dave: I totally agree with you and think you make much sense than any body else in this board. Any body who deals with public companies knows that the officers of these companies have only small windows of time frames to trade their shares. People have all kinds of needs including diversification of portfolios. It is hard to predict what tomorrow will bring especially in the stock market. I have seen many officers continuosly sell stocks of their own companies every year because they do not want to "put all eggs in one basket". I will use this opportunity to buy more shares if the price go below $6.
