Puck, I did as you suggested and looked at the INSP IR web site and linked to something called Annual Report, 2000. Are you seriously contending that this marketing device constitutes a corporate annual report? I hope not. For some guidance concerning the issuance of a real annual report, you might wish to refer to the Proxy Statement, accompanying the Notice of Annual Meeting for the year 2001. In that statement, dated April 16, 2001, at page 2, John M. Hall, Senior Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary states that the Annual Report was mailed about April 25, 2001.. Curious that he places a future event in the past tense. The annual meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time, May 21st, at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Bellevue, WA. I wonder when that Annual Report, 2000 web site was conceived and first appeared. I wonder, too, why the most recent Business Wire PRs, with its standard About Infospace references, fails to mention the relationship with Orange, if the long ago affiliation with so significant a partner still exists. (N.b. Vodaphone is not shown as a partner, although Vodaphone Australia is). I also wonder about the present nature of partnerships with others named at the web site Finally, I wonder about the currency of the Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns testimonials at the web site, given their current ratings for INSP shares. Puck, I have no quarrel with you. My concern goes to the credibility of INSP and its spokespersons. I sincerely wish my feelings could be otherwise.
