Hi Redneck. I can confirm that the exact language (or text substantially like it) does appear in the Proxy Statement accompanying the Notice of Annual Meeting for 2001, one of the documents mentioned in my immediate preceding post. It does begin at the bottom of page 19 and continues at the top of page 20. The statement is precisely accurate as near as I recall. The problem that I, Roger and others have with the statement is that INSP will not acknowledge whether the position it acquired in Digeo Partners from GNET continues to exist or, if it does so exist, does it remain in effect in the same form. The Annual Report, 2000 at the IR web site is a misleading name for a marketing tool, but the title is consistent with INSP's reputation for credibility.
