I think that this news is very important to the future of ACTV. Phillips (and many others) must have been following the Spot On trials in Colorado with AT&T. Do you think that they would have signed this deal if the trials had not gone well? I assume that they went very well. We have now gone international with this technology and also have access to the European market for interactive TV. I do not have a clue about valuing the future cashflow of this deal BUT would hazard a guess that it will substantially re-rate the value of ACTV. This will also flush out a lot of shorts as their bearishness was predicated on a lack of substantial news in the near future. Good luck to all longs (Monday will be interesting).
