Yes, I believe the worse is over with, but we will need to base. Just too many unresolved problems still. No, I don't think we are going back down, 1865 or so is what I see. To go back down to 1600's would be damaging with long lasting implication. I just don't see that happening. The market is in more forgiving mode then it has been in over years time, so I feel it's ready to begin the base building process.
