>>I've got some great books on how to use data if you need them.<<

like, ignore it when it proves one wrong? ;-)

btw, my best guess is that when coby stated i was wrong about housing appreciating more than wages she misunderstood what i was originally saying. household income appears to have appreciated more than housing prices - problem is, more folks are working per household.

however, her initial approach was so utterly awful (and she can't admit it - no way!) that she'd rather say she doesn't have time to look at proof but has time to discuss it with you ;-)

a much better approach would have been...

"skeeter, w/o data you are blowing smoke for all we know. are you talking household income or individual income? my data says household income has risen more than home prices. how about an explanation and some data before you make such assertions?"

instead, you're wrong, i have LOTS of data that doesn't address the core issues (household income vs indivual income and size of mortgage instead of home price) and i won't admit (we all know she snuck a look, though! ;-) to reviewing data that does address the core issues b/c it proves someoneone made a boo boo and said they had proof when they didn't and they don't want to give anybody any perceived satisfaction.

i do give coby a ton of credit, though. anybody who told someone not to invest in globalstar has a lot of insight (seriously!)... :-)
