OT Hi Scrumbia, rather than spend capital for military equipment to generate economic growth, why not spend capital for hightech equipment? Why do bridges and military expenses seem to be favored over the humane high-tech, as a venue? theinquirer.net Why not do something creative and innovative, like establishing tax incentives for startups and VCs to generate economic growth, rather than paving the same road over again?
