Mark- you know that was not my question...I'm wondering what have I overlooked about this spread on a FUNDAMENTAL basis. Can it blow up on a "liquidation" basis, for example?

I know that spreads can move against us in the interim, but if the fundamentals are correct, I'll take the market risk.
