David, Guess I will believe it when I see it on Edgar........ The Sec claims that filings are shown within 24 hours... we will see ! Camelot has filed pre 14As at least 4 times now... backing off of each one! Why? I don't know... Once again.. when it is on the Edgar site... or more appropriately , after the stockholders vote (a mere fomality seing as how DW controls the vast majority of all voting stock) I will believe it ! BTW it is instructive to note that very few small caps that find themselves in the position of having to do a reverse split survive for long... !!
