Batman-

I first called 1-800-ONSTAR7 on Friday and was told that the VA service was delayed until "late this summer."

I was so bummed all weekend I could not post! This AM I called back and was told, "they have no timing." She then passed me onto a ONSTAR existing subscriber customer service associate. I finally figured out that when you call 1-800-ONSTAR7, this is a NEW customer phone number.

I spoke in length to the ONSTAR "customer service rep." Here's the good news:

When asked when VA would roll out, she replied, "it already is in many parts of the country."

I gave her my zip code (Philly, PA.) and she replied that it has been available since February 19th, of this year.

She said they are on schedule to complete the roll out by summer...within weeks.

For others around the country (EA...that means you), call and ask for a customer service rep and give them your zip. Report back here and we can get a pretty good idea where it is rolled out and where it is not.
