Too late to put a positive twist on bad earnings. It is obvious that neither Bishop nor Covart have the experience to turn this company around. Two quarters ago they should have reduced their overhead. I don't think a reduction by 1000 employees will bring them to break even. Bishop seem to be too slow, reminds of the CEO of Micron Electronics, and Covart does not seem to have a specific plan, except how to arrange spending.
