nails that chip and break easily often are signs of digestion problems.... take HCL Betain and enzymes with your meals and see if there is a change in your nails.... worked for everybody I've suggested it to..... also indentations on side of tongue of teeth is sign of inadequate digestion.... yeast problems are also signs......
