James...thanks for your analysis...this makes sense....but then again....sure is coincidental that all this happened just around the announcement of the 4.5 mill being cancelled....hmmm...you think the bad news need to come out before some good news? ..I still believe things are getting better ..it's unfortunate with the Tepaul 4.5 for the investor's sake...but is it REALLY unfortunate for immd?...There could be many unknown GOOD reasons why the 4.5 mill was cancelled and that they are still working together for Tepaul to distribute....and who knows what kind of "distribution" arrangements they've made behind closed doors...time will tell. Irene
