GWB has decided to copy Clinton and govern by the public opinion polls. He uses task forces to try to convey the impression he changes his mind with new information but, what he really does, is change his opinion according to the polls. His stance on drilling in ANWR is just one example. Looks like he is just another insincere, hypocritical politician.
