Wondering if we may be working our way toward a test of the lows which could cause some interesting events for subscribers. Don't think it needs to be a spectacular test at this point, just get within camel spitting distance.

FWIW here is technician Ralph Bloch's latest comments. He's been very sharp for quite a while now.

Ralph Bloch's Weekly Commentary

Ralph Bloch's Weekly Commentary is released each Thursday. Last updated Thursday, April 19.

"Lows In Place"

The following is last week's conclusion.

"It's been over one year since I've been able to discuss the fact that the Tech sector is leading the way and is displaying great relative strength - Tech leadership is the best! All of this in the midst of Tech analysts moaning over the fundamental outlook, and this is why technical analysis works so well as it deals with market action (reality) and not mere opinions that, by and large, were bullish at the top and are now bearish at the bottom. The likelihood that yesterday's pullback will continue is, in my opinion, fairly high. The 10300-and-up overhead supply ought to make itself felt. If so, chart patterns will be filled in and that's a plus for me. Buying stocks coming out of recognizable chart patterns is a safer way to go."
