I think the truth about PC performance is about to hit the fan.

Seems like an 800-1Ghz machine is fine for 90% of market.

Thats terrible news if true.

In a year or so folks like SIS, VIA will have integrated single chips with a 700-800Mhz cpu, chipset,graphics for around $30-40.
