Did revenue increase or decrease as a result of Reagan's tax cut?

After the 1981 cut and Dole realized that revenues were plummeting, there was a 1982 tax hike, a 1984 tax hike, and a 1986 tax hike. After three tax hikes, revenues went up.

Did you conveniently ignore the fact that Reagan signed the three largest tax hikes in history (at the time) into law?
