I love GNC!!! Sales people are well informed and if they don't know the answer, they'll find it for you...I'm an "herb" girl<ggg> Janie PS--my husband fell from the peak of our home(about 20 ft) a couple of years ago. The ladder kicked out from under him so he landed on his elbows. It triggered arthritis in his shoulders and he had many painfully sleepness nights. He was taking Glucosamine Chondroitin but it didn't seem to help until we read an article about Vitamin E. Since he began taking that, he hasn't had a single symptom. Thank goodness!!
