Maybe you missed it, but an Intel spokesperson already confirmed the shortage I knew about the shortage, it's the letter from IBM claiming Intel has stopped shipping that I'm talking about. BTW, could you point me to a top-tier OEM selling 1.7 GHz P4s except Dell? It's only been out for a few hours. You don't like Dell? EP
