Hi Peter,

Debt and credit crunch is the toughest issue right now. It will be solved through bankruptcies, write offs, assets sales, and spin offs. Eventually, things will work out, but it's going to be a painful and slow process. After that, we have to ask:
* What are we going to do with all the optic networks that were build?
* What are we going to do with all the data centers that were build?
* What are we going to do with the spectrum that were bid?

Carriers and service providers not only borrowed too much, but also built too much. Credit problem will be solved, excess capacity will take longer to solve.
