Larry: I'm trying to find out more about Distribution Sciences as well.

I am an amswa shareholder but I have to say that I really don't like amswa's approach to releasing information--it's almost tacky they way the p/r's are written. I get this impression they are trying to hide/hype something. For example, the earnings p/r explicitly stated that they "exceeded analyst's expectations;" I don't think this needs to or should be said. The same goes for jumping on to the y2k bandwagon during that recent peak.

As for Distribution Sciences, my take was that Logility was acquiring it from the broader amswa holding company. I'll let you know more if I find anything else out.

As far as manu is concerned, their acquisition was real but I still don't know much about Synchronized Manufacturing...It's good to see they are keeping up with their international expansion but Synchronized Manufacturing sounded more like a consulting firm. Even though manu derives a good portion of revenues from consulting, I think this is more systems related. If anyone has more info about the kind of consulting Synchronized Manufacturing does it would be appreciated. I'll see if they have a web site.
