Rob,S, Yes, this does indeed happen, however I feel we will have a compressed time scale as the JIT inventory control systems stop orders far faster than in the 80's, this causes a plunge in the B2B ratio. This eats up the excess stock far faster and orders are placed again and allocation rears it's head.
