Well, if everybody else (ERICY, Samsung, et al) were on time, Nokia would be late.

They are certainly late ... to announce ... but on time to deliver per their own schedule ... if they deliver on time ... which I assume they will.

GPRS handsets are late.

If it was not for Motorola, there would be some 40 operational networks out there in GSMland, with nothing to be operational with.
