Carl Everett retired (left DELL) Doesn't seem unusual for him to liquidate the majority of his holding since he is no longer with the company Kevin Rollins has been exercising options like clockwork when they become vested. Unvested options do not show up as part of his holdings in the company. I think you can look up history on his option grants and see that he still has tremendous holdings in DELL (thru unvested stock options) I would not put much emphasis on Rollins regular diversification because he sold about 600k shares last qtr at $17 1/2 while MSD was buying 18 million shares.
