Redneck, thank you for providing the first (only?) neutral encouraging evidence of INSP's content acceptance since the debacle culminating in Jain becoming the CEO again. The ntl site does proclaim TDL Infospace to be the content partner of ntl's operational interactive tv in England. I don't recall reading any INSP PR to that effect, although there is a reference to INSP as content provider to an unnamed user in England in the proxy statement, at page 19. I am unable to copy and paste any portion of the proxy statement here. The proxy statement contains a succinct history of INSP's relationship with TDL. It also states that on August 31, 2000, INSP acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of TDLI.com Limited, thus giving INSP complete control of TDL Infospace.
