Art, re: "SANDISK has insufficient proprietary technology ..." There was a time when SNDK held all the cards in the portable flash marketplace. But every deal they did was kept "secret" and -- even today -- SNDK shareholders have no clue what was traded for what, who pays what royalties to whom, etc. Perhaps SNDK management traded the "golden egg" for next year's golden parachutes :-( Craig
