Scott, You amaze me with your ability to get the latest news out of Michigan. I knew about the Prop E stuff, but had no idea that the Indian Compact legislation was out of committee also. I talked to a guy at Harrahs last week, and he said the legislature wouldn't even touch the compacting issues until Prop E was finalized, so your news came as a pleasant surprise to me also. The Harrahs guy was cautiously optimistic about the compacting. FWIW, here is a link to the South Bend Tribune. They do a great job of updating the Pokagon issues. They have a reporter up there who is absolutely outstanding. Go to the section called "local news" and you can pull up the last weeks' stuff. sbtinfo.com Yeah, I noticed Kevin's post on the GVCU board. I couldn't figure out if the guy was trying to slam him or not. I can't comment on whether to buy the stock or not on this bb--I think the NASD would not look too kindly on that--but give me your e-mail address and I'll be glad to share my thoughts, for whatever they're worth.
