Wes, LU has hired some smart minds as contractors and in speaking with them, I have found their own similar frustrations with LU management. Speaking of LU, we all are waiting for JDSU to make a CC this AM and many have and still do anticipate news of an acquisition. Well Straus and the boys were up early today, and made an announcement that did not (yet) mention LU. They did meet expectations but are warning on future guidance. I have to look at the numbers to see how to play this, (picked up a few shares @22.60 ah). LU loss of 37 cents vs est 23 but is trading up, which suggests the deal is still on. Hearing that any announcement is now at least a few weeks away and no price has been set as of yet.
