Excellent points Richard. I bring up Cisco, frankly, because i'm still shocked to the extent of the inventory write down. Maybe that stuff happens. I've just never seen it. It tells me everybody is really hurting and technology demands are changing very fast. It tells me people don't have a clue going forward. It tells me people didn't have a clue about the pipeline (or demand). It tells me people stuffed the CRAP out of the pipeline. (IMO) It's tough to turn a Battleship around on a dime. (I don't believe one sector is immune from another.)
