Tony,

Remember last August when Osha said it was time to buy the chip stocks, particularly communications chip stocks? Post Joseph's bearish call, Osha and crew were still raising price targets by 40-50%: BRCM and PMCS to $300, AMCC to $230 ($115 split adjusted)

BTW, the only Buy-rated chip stock Osha follows is TMTA.
